God Is….

God is spirit.” (John 4:24)
God is eternal: “Before the mountains were born, or You gave birth to the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, You are God.” (Psalm 90:2)
God is omnipresent: “Where can I go from Your Spirit? Or where can I flee from Your presence? If I ascend to heaven, You are there; if I make my bed in Sheol, behold, You are there. If I take the wings of the dawn, if I dwell in the remotest parts of the sea, even there Your hand will lead me, and Your right hand will lay hold of me.” (Psalm 139:7-10)
God is holy: “For I am the LORD your God. Consecrate yourselves therefore, and be holy, for I am holy.” (Leviticus 11:44) – “Holy” means pure, ceremonially or morally clean. In particular it means perfect, without blemish, set apart, i.e. free from sin, without sin. (cf. Romans 6:22)
God is unchanging: “Every good thing bestowed and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation, or shifting shadow.” (James 1:17)
God is light: “… God is light, and in Him there is no darkness at all.” (1John 1:5)
God is love: “The one who does not love does not know God, for God is love.” (1John 4:8)
God is just: “His work is perfect, for all His ways are just; a God of faithfulness and without injustice, righteous and upright is He.” (Deuteronomy 32:4)
God is all of these things at the same time, for example, He cannot at any given moment be only love, without being holy and just at the same time.
The Bible’s Uniqueness

The Bible is comprised of 66 separate books, and it was written over a period of at least 1.500 years by more than 40 authors.
The writers of the Bible came from different social and occupational backgrounds (for example Moses – political leader, educated in Pharao’s palace; Joshua – general; Solomon – king; Amos – shepherd; Nehemiah – cup-bearer; Daniel – politician; Peter – fisherman; Luke – physician; Matthew – tax-collector).
The authors of the Bible wrote in completely different geographic environments and under different circumstances (for example Moses – in the desert; Jeremiah – in a prison; David – in the mountains and in his palace; Paul – in prison; Luke – during his journeys; John – during his exil on Patmos).
The Bible was composed on three different continents (Asia, Africa and Europe) and in three languages (Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek).

Google Searching Tips

Seperti yg kita ketahui bahwa saat ini Google mungkin adalah salah satu search engine yg terpopuler di internet, kita biasa menggunakan Google untuk mencari informasi, sampai sampai ada yg menyebut nya dengan istilah ‘Googling’.
Berikut ini ada beberapa tips untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat proses pencarian kita untuk mendapatkan informasi yg kita butuhkan
Mencari suatu frasa ( urutan kata )
Diumpamakan anda ingin mencari content tentang multi level marketing, maka anda bisa menggunakan tanda kutip dobel ( ” ). Dengan mengetikkan “multi level marketing” di search box akan memaksa Google untuk hanya menampilkan hasil yg mengandung frasa multi level marketing secara berurutan. Sedangkan jika anda hanya mengetikkan multi level marketing, tanpa menggunakan tanda kutip, maka akan masih didapati hasil sbb : MLM, Multi-level marketing (MLM).
Anda juga dapat menggunakan metode tanda kutip untuk mencari 2 frasa atau lebih secara bersamaan, misal : “multi level marketing” “peluang bisnis”.
Mencari suatu frasa dengan pengecualian
Untuk yg berikut ini anda tinggal menambahkan tanda minus ( – ) diikuti kata yg ingin dihilangkan saat mengetik di search box, misal : multi level -marketing.
Jika anda mengetikkan multi level -marketing, maka akan didapati hasil: multilevel, multi-level. Tanpa kata marketing di belakangnya.
Mencari suatu frasa di website tertentu
Terkadang mungkin anda ingin agar website tertentu menampilkan frasa atau kata yang anda cari. Anda bisa menggunakan “multi level marketing” site:www.kompas.com untuk menampilkan artikel dari kompas.com yg mengandung frasa multi level marketing.
